The Spot is an Android app that allows students in the downtown LA area to find cool, hip spots to study. The Spot will have varying filters and criteria that the users can utilize to find their ideal spot such as wifi, loudness, table availability, quality of food/drinks. The users can favorite and rate their favorite spots, upload the photos and visit their friends’ profiles to see where their favorite spots are.
